Bring Ideas to Life with 3D Visualisation

It can be hard enough to imagine the end result when you redecorate a room, let alone plan an extension or a whole new building.

Thankfully technology has come on leaps and bounds from the traditional drawing board, and we are able to offer an array of visualisation tools to ensure you are 100% confident in your decisions.

In addition, they are great communication tools if you want to share your vision with friends or family members – watch as they sit in awe of what the future holds.

How Do Your Fees Work?

At Crawford Architecture we don’t charge a standard flat fee or a percentage of the build cost. Instead we get a clear understanding of your project at the initial consultation, and then provide you with a tailored quote, which outlines the fees along with expected timeframes.

The key factors that vary this price:

  • Type & size of building
  • Complexity of design
  • The materials of the build & site conditions
  • Level of service required, 2D drawings, 3D visuals or virtual technology that will enable you to walk through your dream building

"Right from the start where we discussed the concept idea- through to a number of meetings, sketches and ideas to getting the detailed drawings complete and suggesting alternative ideas you were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Having some 3D renders and being able to visualise our new rooms in virtual reality was superb. You made the process of achieving planning permission a breeze and kept us upto date at all stages, allowing us to enjoy this instead of worrying about it."
